Everything, third time staying here for my birthday can't fault it. The staff are very friendly, in a great location, very clean and love the fact they now have double glazed windows so no more noisy seagulls 😃 breakfast is just brilliant 👌 hot perfectly cooked food to your table with a waiting time of just a few minutes. Choice of cereals with a full English breakfast, tea coffee and juice. The bar is very friendly great place to unwind and have a game of pool or darts with big screens to watch sports or music, they also have a joke box too. The beds are super comfortable all ensuite with plenty room. Checking in and out was super quick with a £20 deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. Well worth the money 😃 ive been coming to blackpool all my life and can't find anything that matches the quality of this hotel for this price 👌 will be back for the forth time very soon 😊

Very Friendly place, clean and tidy and a good vibe all round. Breakfast was basic but with what we paid for our stay we were expecting that. Excellent value for money. Will use again when we go back for another football match.

Superb value for money. The staff were all welcoming, The rooms were very clean and served the purpose. The bed was nice an comfortable. The breakfast area was very spacious and decorated very tastefully. The bar area was also nicely designed, very roomy and it contained a large tv and a pool table.

The location was great - under a 10 min walk to the pier and about a 15 minute walk to Blackpool FC’s Bloomfield Road. All of the staff were super friendly and willing to have a good chat with you about the football (which was really nice as our group are Cardiff City fans so it was very welcoming as away fans) and they was helpful in giving us ideas on what to do and where to go. The room was very tidy and clean, bed was comfortable - I had a very good sleep, the bar area is a great place to watch live sports and have a good few drinks (at a really good price too!) If I was visiting Blackpool again, I would definitely stay here again.

Great budget hotel, the room was clean and comfy, the staff were lovely and really friendly and the breakfast was great. The bar had a nice atmosphere too with decent priced drinks and the location was perfect — only about 10 minutes from everything. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was excellent and just a 5 minute walk to the central car park. The staff were also excellent from the check in/out to the staff at breakfast who were all brilliant and very friendly. The room was perfect for what we needed and plenty space in the room. The breakfast was also nice with plenty of options for cereal and full English.

Great value for what you pay. The staff were always very helpful, very good bar and great breakfast every morning. For us it was good to have the H&A social club quite close by.
