ON-SITE PARKING
Car parking is the subject we are most often asked about prior to arrival, so please read the information below, which should answer any questions you may have.

We have up to 18 parking spaces directly on the front and to the rear of our hotel.
These spaces are offered on a first come/first served basis and are charged at £15.00 per vehicle per day. 
This is the cheapest hotel option available in the area. If all spaces are in use, there is a pay and display car park within 100 yards of the hotel.
The charge of £15 per night is payable at reception on arrival if we have any spaces available.

YOU CAN NOW RESERVE AND PRE-PAY OUR 18 PARKING SPACES AT £15 PER CAR PER NIGHT.

We do not recognise blue badge permits as our land is private property. 
If you have not reserved one of our spaces and we have availability when you arrive, payment
should be made at reception when checking in. Please ask at reception for advice on where to park.

MOBILITY SCOOTERS
We do not allow mobility scooters on our premises as recently guests with mobility scooters have damaged our reception area and entrance.

SECURITY DEPOSITS
We ask all guests ( without exception ) to pay a CASH deposit of £10 per guest ( not per room ) at the point of check-in.
This cash deposit is returned on departure providing all room keys are returned to reception and guest rooms are left in a tidy fashion.
The deposit also covers any damages which occur from time to time and bad behaviour. 

A room with 4 guests would pay a £40 security bond as an example.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served between 0830am and 930am
Breakfast comprises : Fried Egg, Sausage, Bacon, Beans, Hash Brown, Fried Bread, Chopped Tomatoes,
Toast, Cereals, Juices ( Apple or Orange ) Jams, Tea, Coffee ).

BAR
Our bar is open 24 hours a day and serves a superb variety of draft beers, bottles, wines and spirits.

WIFI PASSWORD displayed in communal areas and on the back of your room door.
